Yes. If you’ve also ordered installation and commissioning, our partner KeT Boxsysteme will handle the delivery and professionally install the system at your location. You’ll then receive hands-on training on how to operate the system right there on site, so you can get started with confidence.

To ensure that delivery and installation go smoothly, we need a few details from you in advance:

• Full delivery address and two contact persons for the delivery day, including direct phone numbers
• The dimensions of the narrowest point along the route to the installation location (e.g., door frames, hallways, stairs)
• The floor on which the installation location is located
• If an elevator will be used: door width and interior dimensions (depth)

With this information, we can plan the appropriate transportation and staffing precisely.

The following requirements must be met on site for installation, initial startup, and operation:

• Working gas (operation): argon or nitrogen, minimum purity 4.6—via a building connection or gas cylinder, 6 bar, approx. 260 l/min
• Regeneration gas (forming gas): nitrogen-hydrogen or argon-hydrogen mixture containing 5–10% hydrogen, 0.4 bar, approx. 20 l/min. The pressure regulator must have an adjustment range of at least 0–2 bar (or 0–4 bar).
• Purge gas (initial startup only): One 50-liter cylinder of argon or nitrogen at 200 bar per pair of gloves, kept directly next to the system. A building gas line cannot be used for this purpose. These cylinders are required only for the initial startup.
• Exhaust Air & Grounding: The connection to an existing exhaust air system and the grounding of the system must be performed by the customer using qualified personnel.
